The RELIANT Model 4100 Liquid Feed Controller is for operations that require high efficiency, accuracy, control, and safety. The Model 4100 will feed numerous aqueous chemicals commonly used in municipal and industrial water treatment systems, i.e. sodium hypochlorite, sodium bisulfite, aluminum sulfate, ammonium sulphate, acids, sodium hydroxide, non-oxidizing biocides, scale and corrosion inhibitors. The RELIANT Water Technologies Automatic Chemical Liquid Feed Switch-over Controller, Model 4120, is a device that has been designed to aid in applications where impurities or fouling materials might cause a feed-water primary vacuum injector to clog or become inefficient. The RELIANT Model 4400 Chlorine Residual Analyzer is an amperometric probe type analyzer that accurately measures both fee and total residual chlorine in potable water. Its primary applications are in municipal and industrial water treatment applications. It can be used for wastewater applications provided that proper filtering is installed in the sample feed line to condition the sample and to reduce suspended and dissolved solids. Digital electronics are incorporated into the controller to simplify operations. The RELIANT Water Technologies automatic switchover Vacuum Regulator Model 420 operates as a pressure reducing valve to transfer gas under pressure to gas under vacuum within the chemical feed system. Installed between the cylinder/tank of the chosen disinfection gas and the Chemical Feeder Model 4200, the Model 420 will switch from one cylinder/tank to the next one in line as soon as the pressure in the first one reduces to a preset pressure. An internal switchover valve automatically initializes the stand-by cylinder. This feature eliminates the requirement of an external, manual switchover device. In the event of gas supply failure, the reduction of the vacuum will isolate the regulator diaphragm cavity from pressurized pipe work.
